Job Description

KEY ATTRIBUTES Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to troubleshoot functional and non-functional issues correctly and clearly to external customers and internal stakeholders Excellent spoken and written language skills with an ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate written response Should have knowledge in problem resolution Should be graduate in any field Should be willing to work for the customer without having constraints to timings/shifts(6Am-10Pm) Should have basic telephone etiquettes Should know Hindi and English. Additional language will be added advantage Strong time management skills Should be flexible in learning different processes and be cross-skilled QUALIFICATION / ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Graduate in any stream Should have minimum 1 year of experience in customer service Should be fluent in both hindi and english.
