Experience: 2yrs Customer Services Voice Exp (preferable From Ecommerce Voice Support Background Only )
Process: Voice Process (Ecommerce)
Shift Timing: Day Rotational shift
Salary Range: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 Inhand + Incentives
Skill Required: Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skill
Role & Responsibilities :
Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the
time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Candidate needs to handle social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc
Must have prior knowledge of Handling Social Media accounts for any E-commerce Co.
Need to handle email and inbound queries via Calls, Email & Chat
