Job Title: Software Engineer

Location of Posting: Bangalore - Manyata Tech park

Education Required: BE/B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc/ MCA/ M.Sc

Notice Period- Immediate Joiner to 15 days

Roles and Responsibility :

A Software Engineer Lead-.Net needs to work on technical innovation and should have both theoretical and hands-on technical knowledge on various business problems and projects.

He or she needs to provide high-level support in the design and development of Web applications with good logical building.

His or her role also involves providing technical guidance or development of software/Algorithms or troubleshooting of systems and evaluating current or emerging technologies to consider factors such as portability, compatibility, or usability.

Manage software development - Understand functional and technical requirements and decompose the requirements into a detailed work plan and estimate effort through formal/informal methodologies

Team management- Convey client requirements, review the work done by the team members, provide feedback and conduct their performance appraisal

Support pre-sales- Draft elements to be included in the SOW from the technology perspective of the project

Process management and compliance - Responsible to educate the team (both existing and new members) on maintaining confidentiality and copyright rules for various deliverables as per clients and company norms

Self-development- Build mastery in assigned technologies, software, tools and deliverables through self-learning and formal trainings and stay abreast with the current trends in the respective areas.

Desired Skills (Education, Experience, Key Skills)

Experience-hands-on experience in .Net, C#, MVC, Web api, Entity Framework and SQL Server.
Good experience in Algorithm Development with strong Logical skills required.
Basic knowledge on Machine Learning, Python and R Integrations would be added advantage
Good knowledge in HTML and JQuery required
Excellent knowledge of the tools, techniques, and software, and ability to apply them in developing programs asrequired
Experience in debugging software
Ability to identify and solve software interface issues
Should be a self-starter and capable of operating on minimal management oversight
Ability to work under pressure to meet agreed deadlines
Passion, energy, and enthusiasm to drive results
Strong knowledge in design patters and principles
Proficient in latest version in C# and SQL server.
