Senior Crane Technician @ Delta Management

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Preferably educated to a diploma level in electrical / mechanical discipline. Must be proficient in English and Hindi.
- Must know to read & infer electrical and hydraulic diagrams and conduct repairs accordingly.
- Must know to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair errors / faults in cranes.
Skills/Personal Traits:
- Be reliable and honest.
- Have a keen attention to detail and have a job-oriented mentality and have an attitude to get the job done at any extent.
- Must be fit and proactive.

Must have basic knowledge of how mobile cranes work and have a learning mindset.
Have a thorough knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical functions (knowledge in hydraulics will be an added advantage) in mobile cranes -specifically Terex Demag and Liebherr all terrain mobile cranes.
Must be able to conduct repairs independently.
Must know to read & infer electrical and hydraulic diagrams and be able to use this information for troubleshooting and repairing cranes.
Proactively develop-maintain-execute preventive maintenances and periodic maintenances on mobile cranes (9nos) and trailers (5nos) in fleet.
Constantly communicate with crane operators to understand any faults/errors on cranes and rectify them.
Be available on call 24x7 outside working hours to attend to any technical faults.
Train and guide employees on how to conduct maintenance activities on cranes.
Maintain a log of all maintenance activities and spares used.
Regularly inspect cranes & communicate with crane operators for any faults or errors in cranes.
