We Hiring For Junior Manager Legal - Ffi-job Location-chennai. @ Future Focus Infotech

Reports to:Senior manager legal
Location:Chennai, India (flexibility to move/relocate if needed)
Function:Legal & Compliance

Purpose of the role
Candidate would be responsible for monitoring of legal functionality for setting processes and standardization of contracts, documentation, sensitize stakeholders and mitigates risk and exposure and aid the company in legal proceedings.

Principal Responsibilities
1.Drafting and vetting of various agreements, deeds and documents including commercial/vendor agreements.
2. Drafting reply to notices to Authorities, customers, drafting recovery and other notices on behalf of company.
3.Maintaining MIS and various trackers for management update
4.Dealing with matters related to company law and other financial compliances.
5.Making Presentations for board meetings and as per requirement.
6.Briefing advocates on litigation matters, handling court matters in consultation with external counsels.
7.Aligning with other teams and ensuring timely resolutions within legal framework.
8. Assessing risk and its mitigation
9.Creating Legal Awareness across various teams across the company.
10.Assessing commercials in the interest of the company. Maintaining a balance between business requirements and protecting company's interest.
11. Ensuring 100% Compliance of statutory requirements across all locations at all times.
12.Other ancillary legal matters as delegated by Senior Manager Legal.

Knowledge / Education
1.Experience in negotiating commercial contracts.
2.Experience in property acquisition, drafting, negotiation of lease deeds and related documents for lease of property.
3.Experience in property acquisition, drafting, negotiation of lease deeds and related documents for lease of property
4.Knowledge of/experience in Commercial and Contract laws for supporting the company in risk mitigation and for regulatory compliance, liaising with Authorities for procuring, renewing various licenses for the business
5.Thorough knowledge and understanding of local Laws and Regulations
