Key Responsibilities:
Sales of Company's range of products in the assigned territory and achieve agreed
target
Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly sales plans for the territory
Ensure payment collections as per company policy
Expand and manage project sales funnel either directly or through contractors or
dealers
Enrol, nurture and incentivize Contractors either directly or through dealers
Expand dealer network and cultivate their clientele (contractors and painters)
Plan and organize product awareness meets and promotional activation for Dealers,
Contractors and Painters; ensure effective implementation of promotional schemes
Coordinate with Depots / C&FAs for order fulfilment and timely material service
Prepare and share MIS Reports as required; track and report competition moves
