Job Description:
PO Filing, PO review & amendments follow up for all orders and order entry in ERP.
Sending sales order acknowledge to customers and proforma invoice for payment.
Sending dispatch details on daily basis to sales and service team and to all customers.
Updating daily plan to logistics & confirm the delivery of the shipments.
Monthly plans follow up & supporting the team to achieve the same.
Submitting & tracking the post-sale documents (invoice, packing list, COC & TPI if any as per the PO requirement) for payment process.
Liaising with the sales and finance department.
Coordinating with quality, production & finance for all sales return, customer complaint & non-commercial service.
Proven ability to work well in a team environment.
Skills Set:
Excellent administrative skills with at least 2 years experience in a commercial administration role.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills - Expertise with Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. Proficiency with ERP systems
Goal and target orientated.
Comfortable with the full sales process.
Language Preferred: Hindi, English, Marathi
