Job Description


ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES OF SALES EXECUTIVE

To prepare quotations, order confirmation.
To make data entries in the marketing software.
To generate enquiries in the allotted area by personal visits.
To get the quotation prepared for the enquiries received.
To follow up with the customers in the allotted area for the offer given.
To attend personnel techno-commercial discussion with customer.
To update marketing manager with the current market requirement and situation.
To co-ordinate with the Sales Coordinator for the enquires received.
To update Asst. Manager Marketing with the current market requirement and situation.
Responsible for the payments and form C in the allotted area.
To coordinate with the CSC for an installation status and complaints status and inform customer accordingly.
To assist Sales coordinator for preparing sales analysis and expected order report on monthly basis.
Respond to the enquiries in absence of sales coordinators.
Other responsibilities of Sales Coordinator in his / her absence.
