We're looking for a user experience designer to thoughtfully contribute to our award-winning electronic health record and physician practice management products. In this role, you will work closely with a multi-disciplinary agile R&D team to define, design and test product features with the goal of creating valuable and delightful experiences for our users

Designed with input from our providers, our new, streamlined electronic health record (EHR) helps you document faster, easily meet quality program requirements, and removes distractions that get in the way of care.
Job responsilibilties

• 
  Collaborate with the team to define and define and extend the experience measurement framework
• 
  Contribute to systems and tools to be used by product owners and designers.
• 
  Build tools (e.g., dashboards) that designers, product owners, and engineers use to obtain data- driven insights about athenaNet users
• 
  Conduct foundational research in order to capture user workflows, contexts, goals and quantify measure opportunities
• 
  Collect, combine, and analyze complex qualitative and quantitative information from different sources and formats and distill into manageable, actionable, and shareable outputs
• 
  Identify, define, and prioritize the research questions that need to be answered in order to design and develop effective, efficient, and satisfactory experiences. Additionally, take those questions and identify the best qualitative and quantitative research methods to employ to acquire answers.

Education, Experience, & Skills Required

• 
  Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, Business or related disciplines
• 
  3+ years of professional experience
• 
  Solid understanding of UX ideation and design techniques
• 
  Experience observing users as part of field studies and evaluative testing
• 
  Strong verbal and written communication skills
