Roles and Responsibilities:

Candidates with minimum 13-15 years of working experience in Investment banking/capital market background worked on corporate actions.
Candidate should have experience in Voluntary / Mandatory Corporate Action events as part of Investment banking operation is preferred.
Candidate should have experience in Income Processing (cash dividends coupons) Experience in Asset Servicing and good understanding about various functions of corporate Actions
Monitor Investigate and take action to resolve breaks/fails queue on a daily basis
Should possess strong communication and analytical skills.
Should have handled a minimum team of 30+ FTE.
Should be flexible to work with shift timings.
