Job Description

Skills :

Good Customer Service and Inter-personal skills.
Good computing and accounting skills.
Quality conscious and having flair for constant process improvement.
Ability to manage volumes with accuracy.
Ability to cope with pressure during rush hours.
Basic knowledge of Banking
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team and within stiff time deadlines
Regular Interaction with internal and external clients for job related activities.
Contributing towards department efforts in the areas of constant process improvement, improving productivity etc

Responsibilities :

Knowledge of some banking operation works.
Manage overall banking financial, Ops & A/ c work
Adhere to prescribed TAT/ SLAs for trade financial products.
Prepare KYC's MIS and BRS Reports.
Build relationship with customers in your area i.e. Coimbatore
Candidates should have excellent communication skill.
Knowledge of some banking terms & process.
Preparation of Internal and Customer related MIS as per the requirement.
Conversant with FEMA regulations and other regulatory guidelines on FX Processing
