Job Responsibilities:

Role: Clinical Domain Consultant

Good domain knowledge in US Healthcare value chain and processes across Payer domain (in various functional areas such as Product Development Member enrollment Provider Network Management Care Management Claims Management etc.) and Provider domain (Collections / Denials Customer Service Billing operations Cash posting / correspondence Patient Access services Self-Pay and Contract Management etc.)
Extensive proven track record in driving Transformation initiatives for Healthcare customers.
Certified Black Belt (BB) resource will be an added advantage.
Implementation and Consulting experience in various transformation levers such as RPA AI / ML for Healthcare customers
Excellent communication and Analytical skills
Participate in consulting / diagnostic studies / strategic projects
