Job Description
Candidates will be given training and later will be responsible for operating Nonwoven manufacturing machine:- Off line Slitter
- Re-winder ,
- Re-granulation system,
- On line Recycling System ,
- Treatment Line
- cast film and
- lamination line.
The operational roleencompasses:
- machine run-to-target setup,
- operating the machine safely according to the set SOPs and
- being able toperform basic process troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for continuing line operation
2.Manpower control and positioning in a line
3.Must have very good operating knowledge for all components of all lines
4.Reports to production engineer, and in his absence takes all responsibilities

Requirements:
1. Communicate fully with his Production Supervisor and others that need to know and understand the things. Communicate in a way that is
2. Responsible for the safe operation of their assigned machinery.
3. Responsible for their safety, quality of their production and the housekeeping of their general work area.

4. Responsible for product labelling, filling check lists of all production & process related parameters log sheets accurately.
5. Analyzing and acting on the online web Inspection report in conjunction with the Production Supervisor, in order to ensure that process

6. Responsible for providing samples to the Quality Department for testing, as per QA's sampling requirements.
7. Liaise with the QA personnel, to ensure that process control is maintained via the Process Control Charts for the key fabric properties.
8. Follow the company's policies and procedures.
9. Other Duties as determined by the Company or as needs arises.

What is expected out of the candidate:
QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma in Mechanical or Texle or relevant B.Tech
EXPERIENCE: 2 years in shift handling and a textile or nonwoven production environment
Knowledge of SMS technology or Experience in similar field

COMPETENCIES: Functional (Preferred, not mandetory).
1) Basic knowledge of textile, with various testing methods.
2) Basic knowledge of Reicofil SMS technology
3) Detailed knowledge of Reicofil technology
4) Kiss roll operation
5) Online Slitter Winder operation
6) Treatment line Chemical mixing and Stenter system operation
7) Unwinder and winder operation
8) Shift handling and manpower control.
9 ) Cast Film and Lamination Machinery operational knowledge
