Being a client-centric company we provide a wide range of recruiting solutions related to BFSI, IT, Engineering, BioMedical, Healthcare and many more sectors.Itis a promonent RPO/ IT consultancy in USA Based in India .
The company has a clientele in the USA, UK, and European countries. The company is providing services to various verticals of the business. primarily healthcare/ Pharma industry .
The firm is extending best talent search and placement for various positions from interns and trainees to top executive positions.
We are looking for STAFFING CONSULTANT ( HEALTHCARE) for client center, It could be work from Home option as well on Freelance Basis.

3) Experience - 2- 6 years in Recruitment/ staffing in healthcare domain primarily sud have exposure in providing front line healthcare staff to US/ UK companies
4) Compensation- Competitive
KEY Attributes :
- Experience working with Internet recruiting methods /technologies to include developing and posting of requisitions and tracking interview/hiring statistics
-2- 5 years experience in recruiting include sourcing candidates, interviewing and negotiation primarily in the healthcare domain
- In-depth knowledge/familiarity with web-based job boards, research and applicant tracking systems
-Sud have experience working on portals like DICE.COM, Monster, indeed , & other recruitment platforms used for sourcing in US /UK mkt
- Ability to handle a high-volume of openings while maintaining flexibility, professionalism and adhering to relevant policies and procedures
- Strong interpersonal, telephonic and e-communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, work with little .
-supervision and work well under pressure
- Problem solving skills and sound judgment
- Experience with high volume recruiting a must! Quick turnaround with quality candidates is key to success for this client.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and work independently with a sense of urgency
- All viable candidates will be screened to client's hiring requirements.
JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
-2- 5 years experience in recruiting include sourcing candidates, interviewing and negotiation primarily in the healthcare domain
- Should have sound experience in providing front line healthcare professionals i.e Nurses, & other support staff in US/ UK mkt.
