Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

The overall role is to drive reporting in weekly business reviews
The candidate needs to be good & proficient in Excel/MS -Office
The candidate will need to understand details of the tables and run the required queries to generate data
The candidate will need to do analysis of the data to extract through the queries to call out metric trends
Generating daily/monthly reports and analyzing data around day to day HR processes.
Preparation and management of HR MIS.
Creating presentations for leadership team using analysis of HR data.
Analyzing trends in attrition, PIP, etc.
Partner with Business Operations team and senior leaders to deliver an effective reporting, analytics and information delivery framework.
Control the quality of the data that is reported.

Desired Skills

Good in Advanced Excel preferred
Good communication and analysis skills
