Job Description
Manage projects, Major accounts (banking/corporate) and Dealer sales for (printers, scanners, copiers and MFP's.
Sales Plans to expand short- and long-term sales and profitability
Studying market trends and movements
Achieving business plan (target sales/profit)
Plan and execute Sales Promotion for dealers
Sales Forecast, develop new sales channel, Partners and Manage product training
Responsible to achieve given target
Retain existing customers and aim for new opportunities of business growth
Maintain client relationship and ensure customer satisfaction
Handle customer service concerns, deliver satisfaction & maintain good customer service index.
Coordinate with clients, liaise with internal departments and provide after sales support
Take care of business development, order execution, price negotiations, pre post follow up with clients for payments
To coordinate with Manger to finalize annual agreements for key dealers/Key Accounts.
To gather market information on competitions products, new product launches, price positioning vis-a-vis our range of product line-up
To coordinate closely with Manager for special promotions
