Job Description

Operations Head: 15+ years of hard core Site Operations experience i.e. managed large teams >250-300 comprising of Site Heads, Repairs/Maintenance Head, Warehouse Leads, HR and Blue Collared workers

- Industry: Flexible should have had exposure to MHE (Material Handing Equipment) and/or CE (Construction Equipment) industry

- Strong leadership, organisational & administrative skills, Must have ability to drive hard core execution on customer sites via Site Heads, Operators / Supervisors (semi-skilled)

- Must drive operational excellence and track these via specific KPIs

- Must have had experience in Site Operations, Repairs, Maintenance, Spare parts

Key Deliverables:

Operational Leadership & Direction to a large team of >800 team members at an All India level
Deployment of MHE / Forklifts on time and as per Quality and Safety requirements
Asset & Spares Inventory
Breakdown Maintenance
Preventive Maintenance
Warehouse Operations
Facilitate Repairs & Maintenance at Warehouse
Customer Complaints Resolution
Logistics / Transport
Customer Uptime (minimum 95%)
On Site Initiatives to drive Productivity, Quality and Safety
