Design Engineer @ Shivamtech

Job Description

1.Candidate Must have experience in design of Plastic parts like -Instrument Panel, Cockpit, Console, Door Trims, Pillar trims.
2.knowledge on plastic part design & tooling feasibility with tool direction definition, parting line & Slider/ Lifter construction.
3.Must be aware of Automotive interior safety, generate 3D modeling with B side Features, 2D drawings, Create Design Sections and Preliminary Math data regulations.
4.Target setting for parts strength, Gap-flush, GD&T.
5.Should have knowledge on Parting/Die /Tooling line slider lifter Identification & Creation.
6.Should have knowledge on Automotive Domain Knowledge (IP, Console, Door, Soft Trims)
7.Part Modeling, Solid and Surface Modeling Plastic Manufacturing Process, GD&T, RSS, SC/CC
8.Should have excellent English written and oral communication skills.
9.Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
