RESPONSIBLITIES

1.Training junior tele sales staff.
2.Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets.
3.Implementing sales strategies.
4.Managing the tele sales team and assisting junior staff.
5.Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
6.Setting weekly and monthly sales targets.
7.Maintaining customer relationships.
8.Handling escalated customer complaints.
9.Compiling and presenting sales reports.
10.Meeting with sales managers to discuss tele sales strategies.
