Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

Competent professional with over 1- 3years of rich experience of Recruiting in Pharma/ healthcare/ chemical industry
Strong expertise in various Job portals
Proven expertise in building and managing large-scale Recruiting & Staffing Operations.
Ability to meet daily targets.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done as per employment laws and regulations

Permanent Work from home (Full Time / Remote working) (No Dual Employment allowed)
Fixed salary + incentives + Mobile Bill reimbursement
Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Working days: Monday to Saturday; (2nd and 4th Saturday off)
