Software Test Engineer @ ASM Technologies

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills
Minimum 3-8 years Proven work experience in software quality assurance
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Strong Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
Experience in Non-functional testing
Experience in any scripting language or Java
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Thorough Understanding of Software Development Life Cycles
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Able to communicate with international teams and interfaces outside of local site
Strong communication skill in English. Able to speak clearly and fluently.

In case UI tests experience + Web tests experience + Mobile tests experience ? 50% of the overall past experience
Non testing experience like: Online shopping websites, books and documentation software, small startups and projects (none enterprise) like: delivery and shipment companies, police SW, School SW etc.
Advantage
Work Experience with Jira, Zephyr
Hands on experience with JSystem, Selenium, Confluence
Good knowledge on Semi conductor domain

Education:

UG:   B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Ph.D - Advertising/Mass Communication, Any Doctorate - Any Specialization
