We are currently seeking a Project Program Management Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Ndu (IN-TN), India (IN).
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Identify customer needs, Manage Major End to End Initiatives and ability to manage Large team.
• Managing Finances and Budgets. Determine way to reduce cost and improving service availability.
• Defines project scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners
• Establishes, plans, and executes major milestone reviews and decision gates to complete the program and project life cycle. Ensures all the required products are produced and reviewed, including the technical leadership of requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, verification, test, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainment of the technical solution
• Identifying and managing to the critical path and milestones of a schedule
• Identification of risks, which affects program and project deliverables with follow through on mitigation, resolution and path to green.
• Communicate proactively with all stakeholders, in identifying problems, propose solutions, and implement efficient process.
• Closely monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Adhere to Client's Project management processes and procedures.
• Prepare and report project status on a regular basis, including metrics needed for various risk groups.
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and managing Project teams.
