Summary:
Responsible for reporting and systems analysis.
Also has responsibility for the development, evaluation, and reporting of key performance metrics in the determination of such performance standards as set forth by the company.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsibility for department reporting inventory, including report content and distribution of product to appropriate parties Write queries to support customer data requests Researching data anomalies and issues Maintain open communication / collaboration with IT / data warehouse and any system vendors to create and maintain a production environment for Programme specific population identification and overall reporting

Skills: Experience analysing data and creating reports Using tools such as SQL, MS Access, MS Excel, Cognos, Business Objects etc Communication skills, creativity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritise

Required Skills:
Data management 3-5years of experience in MDM
Strong knowledge in SFDC tool
Engage with business stakeholders to understand business

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
