Job Description
Experience: More than 3 years of work experience is required.
Mandatory Tech Skills
Full stack developer with strong experience in Dot Net Core, Dot Net Web API, Entity
Framework, Repository Pattern, Micro Service Architecture, Domain Layered Architecture,
Swagger.
Good knowledge of Dot Net Core Windows Services
SQL Server, Database Design
Excellent Knowledge of MVC architecture
Exposure to the Improving the Application Performance both SQL and at Application Code
(Memory Management, Cyclomatic Complexity, Maintainability Index).
Desired Tech Skills
Basic understanding of React JS
Exposure to cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure
Working in any programming language with exposure to Web services /REST API/Third Party
Integration.
Exposure to Tools like ANTS Profiler, Entity Profiling, and Sonar will be good to have.
Other Skills
Working independently, design, implement, and maintain high-performance software
solutions
Communicate ideas, issues, status, and outcomes with the team and managers
Working knowledge of various SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
Manage, evaluate and coach engineers on the team
Create technical documentation
Manage, evaluate, and coach engineers on the team
Assist in promoting a positive engineering and team culture
Participate in the development and review of documents to comply with SDLC
methodologies [e.g. Engineering Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), estimation,
Solution Design Document (SDD), and Software Architecture Documents (SAD)]
Provides feedback for development/engineering staff concerning the project work

Review performance of developers
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to champion our architectural strategy and
solutions
Build strong relationships and collaborate with application architects across the other
IT teams to architect holistic forward-looking solutions
Provide highly effective written and verbal communication to stakeholders, explaining
the architectural alternatives for development projects and influencing them toward
strategic solutions
Coach and mentor other technical resources on the team, providing insights into the
elements which influenced the recommended architectural approach
Strong knowledge of object-oriented principles and design patterns
Knowledge of data modeling and SQL optimization within SQL Server environment
Collaborate with production, product design, and quality assurance (QA) groups to
ensure solutions are delivered effectively
Qualifications
