Job Description
Handling inbound and outbound calls of external / internal customers pertaining to bookings, Reschedulement, queries, complaint handling and facilitation over the call.
Additionally, Reservation Executive could be involved in offering selling competitive prices & packages
To respond on the questions about airline regulations, assisting customers on their travel plans.
Adherence to departmental productivity standards

Eligibility Criteria
The candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts/ 24 x 7 Operations
Good verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Confidence and ability to handle passengers and provide only the best customer service.
Pursuing Graduation / Graduate, Freshers can apply

Salary starts from 20,000 till 30,000 Rs in Hand + Free Home pick up & Drop cabs,
