1.Sourcing the candidates through a multi-pronged approach by using various sources such as job portals, advertisements, recruitment agencies, references, walk-ins, and other provisions for the branch location.
2.Building strong candidates database across critical skill-sets for immediate & future requirements.
3.Screening & short-listing of CVs, interview scheduling, and conducting profile-specific tests & interviews.
4.Planning, coordinating and executing the end-to-end pre-recruitment, recruitment, and appointment process.
5.Ensure that recruitment of resources is well within the predefined turn-around time.
6.Prepare the documentation and joining formalities of new employees.
7.Submit periodical reports (Daily Inputs Reports & Weekly Achievement Report) as well suggestions to the reporting head.
