Job Description

2 - 4 years relevant work experience in SDET or Test Automation role
Proficient in Ruby-based UI Test Automation tools
Experience automating WebUI application using Selenium, Ruby, RSpec, Allure Reports
Understanding of Testing frameworks with Page Object Model/Factory
Good hands-on experience with locator strategies and handling wait conditions
Good knowledge of web services standards and related technologies (REST, SOAP, XML)
Hands-on using testing API using tools like Postman
Basic knowledge with RestAssured or HttpClient
Experience in developing automation scripts with various framework approaches such as Modular, Keyword driven and Data-driven
Experience testing in cross-browser
Experience with tools like JIRA, SharePoint, Rally, wiki, etc
Should have worked on source code management tools like GIT/SVN
Experience integrating the test framework with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Selenium Grid) in the cloud and data-centre based infrastructure
Experience working in Agile development methodology and fast-paced delivery model
Propensity to probe and find defects
Inquisitive, methodical, and analytical in testing applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Thrive in a self-motivated internal-innovation driven environment
Experience in a global matrix organisation
Ability to quickly understand code and specifications
