HCL's Women Second Career Program is a fee-based skilling and hiring program that focuses on (re)skilling women, who are on a career break and are aspiring to continue their career. On successful completion of 6 months skilling program, candidates get an assured job with HCL Technologies, Chennai.

Eligibility:

1. Candidates should be a local resident of Chennai / Kanchipuram / Thiruvallur with a valid address proof ( Address proof eligibility should be atleast 6 Months old )
2. Education: Candidates with any bachelors degree and IT experience can apply
3. Academic % in graduation : 65% or above in UG/PG
4. Experience : Between 6 months and 2 years of IT work experience and is aspiring to continue their professional career after a break ranging between 2 years and 6 years Career Path:

Through this program, women from diverse backgrounds will be skilled and hired for jobs in Application and Product development, Mechanical Automation, Support and Testing.
