We are hiring US Technical Recruiters(Immediate joiner)
Experience:- 0-5 years
Job Location : Noida- 57

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle IT requirements for US based clients.
• Analyze the requirements to understand clients IT resource need and deliver qualified candidates/consultants with a minimum turnaround time.
• Source & Screen candidates from various sources like,Resume/Job Portals.
• Handle Interviews, Screening and Shortlisting of Resume.
• Screening IT profiles and shortlisting the resume.

Desired Candidate Profile

Applicant having 0- 3 years of experience in from Recruitment Firms/IT recruitment and also International BPO candidates must apply.
Freshers from Technical educational background-B.Tech(CS/ECE),BCA, BSC-Computers/IT etc can apply
Technical knowledge is a must.
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
Must be confident, Self-motivated good attitude.
Applicant should possess excellent communication skills.
Applicant should have good understanding of technology.
Applicant should be willing to work for Timings: PST 8:30 PM -5:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
