Designation - Sales Manager - Gold Loan

Work Experience - 2 to 3 years (Preferably in Gold Loan)

Educational Qualification - Min. Graduation required in any field

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

The Job Profile / Job Description is:

• Grow the gold loan business in the territory as per the targets assigned,
• Maintain the ROI and fees for the portfolio
• Grow the ENR and ANR as per targets
• Liaise with the Cluster heads, and Branch managers to develop the business from the branch channel.

Candidate Profile:

• Candidate with ability to achieve stretched targets around 2 crores per month in Gold loans from the territory
• Candidate with experience in handling Gold loans in NBFCs / Banks for minimum 2-3 years and above with relevant product knowledge
• Total experience of around 4 years and above, preferably in Finance field, with ability to liaise with team to do business
• Confident, enthusiastic and Matured person
• Ability to confidently liaise with Branch Managers / cluster managers to persuade them to communicate with their teams to generate business.
• Ability to build rapport with Branch managers to generate regular business
• Highest levels of integrity.

Age Criteria : Below 34 yrs

Annual CTC: Upto 5 Lacs
