Our Client's Overview:

They are the next big disruption in the e commerce space and a big game changer for brand / business owners who now have a chance to monetize their brand / businesses and become serial entrepreneurs.
They are an e commerce aggregator They acquire, streamline and scale e commerce brands /merchants selling on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shop clues etc. Post which they nurture and grow them. Their goal is to acquire 30-50 brands /merchants in the next 2-3 years.
This is a unique platform where a financial professional will get a flavor of Analytics, business and rapid acquisitions and build the organization from the ground up. With the initial aim to outsource transaction work, this position has an opportunity to work on structures, process, and M&A.

Reports to: Manager - Fin Ops (AP).
The Process executive will perform accurate, and timely following tasks
Processing of vendor invoices (PO & Non-PO), and other assigned tasks in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Reconcile the accounts ledgers to ensure that all invoices are accounted for and properly posted
Perform end to end vendor data management
Perform daily, weekly and ad-hoc payments batch creation of payable.
Reconciling movement of stock with inventory management tool, marketplaces and books.
Active review of the creditors Aging, PO Aging and GRN Aging and timely follow-up for the closures.
Handles and resolves internal business, clients/ supplier's queries assigned
To process the deliverables within the agreed service levels with a very high standard of accuracy and attention following the defined operating procedures & guidelines
Ensures the adherence of all internal controls & processes as per SOP, Policies, operating procedures, control standards, meeting challenging deadlines.
Handle the employee reimbursement and related queries of employees
Background & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in commerce from an accredited university
Good understanding of P2P process with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience.
Experience of working in Start-up preferably in ecommerce segment will be an add on advantage
Competent knowledge and hands-on experience on MS Excel and proprietary software.
Hands on Zoho Books will be an add on advantage.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS
