Job Description

Qualification and Experience
The candidates must possess:
  • A minimum experience: of 3+ years in sales in the education sector.
  • A Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration (Sales or Marketing)
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
  • Professional communication skills: both written and verbal
  • Knowledge about the different competitive exams

Roles and Responsibilities-
  • The main duties of the Product Sales Manager would be as follows:
  • Core Sales Related
  • Creating a sales pitch and updating it on a regular basis as per requirements
  • Improving Sales conversion ratio
  • Training the Sales Staff on a regular basis for efficient and dedicated work and providing meaningful feedback and training to improve their performance.
  • Monitoring the interaction with prospective customers through different channels and mediums and bringing in interventions and innovations for better customer experience and effective information and service delivery.
  • Supervision and monitoring of operational work to ensure effective implementation and process enhancement for the future.
  • Analysis of Data collected through Lead Generation
  • Evaluating Effectiveness of Online Data
  • Providing feedback to the Digital Marketing Manager about the commerce quality of our online data.
  • Conducting BTL activities to improve brand recognition
Client Acquisition and Retention Related
  • Maintain a high degree of relationship for smooth execution of projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer expectations
  • Establishing a personal connection with the customers.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Creating result-oriented structures and work culture

Management and Research
  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM or other sales management systems.
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Work with marketing staff to ensure that marketing activities are completed in a timely manner.
  • Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities.

Understand the company's goal and purpose so that it will continually enhance the company's performance.
