Job Description

You will be working for Overseas Education and admission process division at reputed organization.
Assessing applications from first application to acceptance
Processing offer letters
Student conversion activity
Overseas education agent and client support
Work experience in the international education center with a focus on higher education or university admissions.
Have a strong understanding of the demands of the sector
Be passionate about customer service and student outcomes
Good to have experience using student or client management systems
Be curious about process and the opportunities for improvement
Assessment of the Application
Issuing of the conditional and full offer letters
Conducting Interviews
Uploading the Applications & Documents
Communication with the agent and client through Emails & phones
Maintaining of Daily Sheet
To prepare MIS Report
