Notice: immediate

The HAM Analyst's role is to support the Hardware Asset Manager by ensuring all ITAM processes are followed, and that asset data is accurately tracked from acquisition to retirement.

The HAM Analyst will support IT Asset Management by completing routine BAU work requests, enforce and maintain our ITAM policies and procedures, and perform data analysis, reporting and dashboarding.

Maintain and support all required data in the ServiceNow IT Asset Management System in a timely and accurate fashion.
