Job Description

Must have 20+ years of experience in HR & IR handing @ Manfacturing Sector (Leather Good)
Should have handle 4000 staff management issues and ensure safety & security of manpower, material & premises.
Candidates who have excellent track record in handling talent Review Process, Comp & Benefits, PMS, ER & IR, HR Compliance, L&D, Employee Engagement, OD, Legal, Industrial Relations
Read / Write / Speak of Tamil Language is must
UG with MBA/ /MLW/MSW/LLB

Responsible for salary attendance inputs and share the attendance data to HO for payroll process.
Preparing daily & monthly MIS reports
