Job Description

antastic opportunity to join SeaShell Hotel Resorts Spa, the best hotel chain in the beautiful A & N Islands. Now is an exciting time to join as A & N Islands are experiencing tremendous growth. We are looking for a professional Guest Relationship Manager to be responsible for delivering an excellent guest experience and maximising efficiency by ability to organise, multitask, and prioritise. Preferably with 05 years or more experience in the hotel industry and at least 01 year as a GRM. As a GRM you will be the first point of contact for the company. You will provide administrative support across the organization, assist the Operations Manager in day to day operations, handle the flow of guests through the hotel and ensure that all the staff under you handle their responsibilities accurately and complete their tasks in a timely manner. Working knowledge of various Property Management Software like Cheerze, Opera, IDeaS is a must. Professional appearance. Solid English communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise. Ability to work under pressure. F&B Knowledge will be an added advantage. Minimum High school degree. A guarantee of 12 months to work with us is a must. Salary will commensurate with the experience and profile of the candidate, it's not a constraint for deserving candidates. Will be posted at anyone of the properties at Port Blair, Havelock and Neil, Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
