Job Description

1.To conduct new hire training for nursing attendants/nurses/mother-baby carers in the regional language mandatory English, Hindi and city-specific regional language.
2.To conduct a refresher training program for bottom performers & re-training for not certified and re joiners.
3.To conduct on the job training at patient homes, on-bench training, conduct CNE and NGO training at our partner clients.
4.Open to travel to other cities only on need basis and conduct training for other Portea branches.
5.To design, develop or update the training content in order to meet business objectives.
6.To have sound knowledge of customer service skills training to the clinicians.
7.Good communication skills, proactive, adaptable to changes, flexible and open to learning creative tools and techniques.
