We have Opening for Visual Merchandiser Manager

Location- Hyderabad and Pune

JD-
Strategic Accountability:
Ideation and execution of marketing calendar campaigns.
Ensure generation of high footfalls and conversion through effective communication, merchandise display and product styling across strategic locations in the store
Retail identity and brand specific strategic activities of brands
Special highlight of In-house brands through cluster, window & faade visual.
Operations Accountability:
Brand custodian and responsible for end to end branding for Gifting range of products.
Scheduled audit for hygiene and quality check for prints, props and all communication materials including Poster, Easel, Banner, Tags, tent cards.
Creative content brief generation for promotion of gifting through emailers, website and social media in collaboration with digital team
Fixture placement, merchandising, POS display according to planogram
4-5 years of Experience in Marketing.
Strong leadership skills, experience working in a unionized environment, ability to learn and apply new concepts and overcome obstacles with change.
Proven leadership skills and business acumen - performance driven.
Proven experience in process improvement, leading projects with a record of successful implementation.
Exposure in branding food processing and FMCG industry.
Ability to work with and influence others in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, communication, presentation skills.
Excellent in reporting tools and techniques.
