We have opening for Project Manager - Civil (Green field Project)

JD-
Responsible for constructing a full-scale implementation plan and assign responsibilities for execution of the project's tasks.
Responsible to form a project governance structure which should define the accountabilities on the projects such governance structure should include sponsor, Project owner, reporting committee to resolve challenges and limitations for the projects.
Responsible for managing the project budget by setting the CAPEX and OPEX cost in the project charter. Account for every Project expense in the project cost register. Restaurants project opening experience
Responsible to track project progress using all of the following tools: Status Reports, Project Plan, Risk & Issue Logs. The reports need to be communicated to the Project Team.
Operations Accountability:
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Pertaining support for architectural & Interior design of the outlets
7 to 8 years management/ supervisory and leadership working knowledge and experience in FMCG/ Manufacturing /Restaurants opening projects
Preferably new store or outlet opening experiences with Practical working knowledge and experience in the same field.
Proven experience in process improvement, leading projects with a record of successful implementation.
Strong organizational, communication, presentation and project management skills.
Excellent in analysis & reporting tools and techniques.
Prior experience in preparing & extensive usage of forecasting tools, Annual business plan & budgets.
