Job Description

The job details are as follows:

1.Should have experience of working in technical International process-L1 Support (preferably US/UK users).
2. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
3. Technically sound (MCSE/A+/N+ will be an added advantage, Microsoft Azure )
4. 1-8 Yrs. of experience in Technical Voice Process.
5. Hands on in any Ticketing Tool Troubleshooting
6. Should have experience in Ticketing tools, active directory, SLA, troubleshooting , remote access, monitoring.
7-Should have experience in L1 or L2 preferably (Global Exp)
8. Willingness to work on 24/7 Rotational shifts.
