Product Manager @ HR Factor

Job Description

Defined product vision document, crafted roadmap, defined the scope and periodized delivery Analyze & Overlook implementation activities and help implementing the product.
Participate in sprint planning, Daily scrum stand up and sprint retrospective meetings. Participate in the development and grooming of Project Backing Stories (Requirements) with business and technology groups.
Assist in closing gaps for specified stories in each individual sprints/iteration. Enter and update issues (Epics, Stories and Tasks) in Agile tools like TFS.
Guide the development teams to break down larger and complex user stories into simplified versions for execution.
Test associated Sprint Stories for Acceptance Signoff.
Prepare, schedule and lead meetings between enterprise business & technical resources and other stakeholders in preparation for demonstrations.
