Job Description-
Looking for a passionate performance marketer for Mumbai location who has experience of independently managing more than Rs 20 lacs per month of ad spends on Facebook for the same brand.
About Raising Superstars Enterprises:
Raising Superstars is an early stage EdTech startup for new parents which has recently bagged a deal from two Sharks on Shark Tank India. The company helps parents develop all round skills in their babies while nurturing bond between parent and child through cohort based programs, community support and personalized prodigy journey for each parent.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Managing monthly budget of Rs 50 lacs per month across paid advertising channels
- Responsible for planning, executing and running performance marketing campaigns (for a
global audience) primarily on Facebook, but also including other channels like Google SEM,Display, YouTube, UAC, Native Advertising
- Working closely with the leadership team on strategy and goals
- Analyzing and reporting on sales funnels to drive conversions and scale
- Collaborating with creative team to ensure the timely delivery of creatives as required
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in running Facebook ads with a monthly spend of Rs 20 lacs
or more for the same brand
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, and other networks
- Thorough knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics,
Google Tag manager, Hotjar, Facebook pixel, Google Data Studio etc.
- Should be able to work independently as well as collaborate in a cross functional team
- Someone with high degree of ownership and accountability
- Someone who can understand the marketing objectives in the context of overall business
objectives
- Work from home is not an option for this position
- Should be willing to learn new technical skills and keep themselves updated to grow in the role.
