We have a opening for Sales Officer profile in FMCG Company for two locations Pune & Pimpri Chinchwad

Job Description:

Strategic Accountability:

Responsible for daily monitoring of DSM (Distributor Salesman).

Responsible for maintaining market and stock hygiene.

Responsible for achieving primary and secondary sales target of the distributor.

Operations Accountability:

Responsible for ensuring the orders requirements have been punched-in on the application by each

SS and Distributor on daily basis. In case of manual entries, make sure the same is punched in SAP and

informed to ASM.

Responsible for conduction field visits on daily basis as per defined frequency and schedule.

Ensure the daily sales and field reports are submitted to immediate manager.

Responsible for understanding the market scenario- such as schemes, pricing, discounts, visit

schedules, placement strategies etc. Ensure the information is reported to immediate manager.
