We are currently seeking a Configuration Analyst to join our team in Remote IND, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Patch Management from SCCM/Intune
Day to Day Tasks:

• Patches Devices on a monthly schedule using client-specified tool (ConfigMgr)
• Delivers automated methods for patching devices
• Executes scripts for remediation for devices not receiving patching
• Builds user-friendly reports for metrics on patch management compliance
• Builds and maintains computer collections for software targeting
• Monitors Vulnerabilities in environment to advise client on best practices for patching cycles
• Releases software distribution to targeted computers
• Tracks software distribution and delivers compliance reports
• Performs root cause analysis on failed components and implements corrective measures.
• Provides ongoing information to leadership, customers, and peers regarding enhancements, innovations and solutions.
• Responsible for following company specific systems engineering standards.
• Create root cause analysis for high severity issue, CRQ Deployments
• Monitors configuration management infrastructure for systemic problems, errors and alerts
• Reports on enterprise client agent health
• Troubleshoots client agent installation and communication failures
• Attends regular team, customer and advisory meetings
• Troubleshooting of Windows OS, Active Directory, LDAP, registry, WMI, Windows Installer
• Troubleshooting of Server and Networking principles pertaining to enterprise environment

Must Have Skills:
4+ Years as ConfigMgr Administrator
3+ Years Deploying Patches using ConfigMgr/WSUS
2+ Years Delivering Advanced Reporting
1+ Years experience with Intune
Nice to Have Skills:
1+ Years scripting with PowerShell/CMD/VBS
Experience with 1E Products such a Nomad and Tachyon
