Job Description
This is a senior level position in the company and will be the key to the success of the business. You will own end to end value chain of the Business; right from team management, account management and owning project deliveriesRoles & Responsibilities:
To manage 20-40 member talent acquisition team and deliver on talent acquisition mandates for large Indian companies & global multinationals
Independently drive strategic client projects in talent acquisition area
Drive team towards committed deliverables and track assignment success against agreed SLA and KPIs
Represent Orcapod as partner of choice and engage with client at a strategic level
Qualification & Competencies:
Demonstrated people management experience in services industry; preferably in outsourcing and offshoring business. Someone who has worked as Project Manager or Operations Manager position will be a better fit.
Prior experience in Talent Acquisition is NOT required.
Expected experience of 8+ years
Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
Strong people skills, assertive and ability to lead a team of internal and external stakeholders
Working experience with a Indian or Global multinational will be an added advantage
Location: Anywhere in India

Have comprehensive knowledge of commercial constructs & delivery organization of large assignments
Has an understanding of project management.
