Excellent business process modelling experience including Business Process Design skills (ideally using EPC notation) Proven experience of using a wide range of Business Analysis tools and techniques Exceptional experience in Requirements Elicitation and Management Excellent analytical skills Confident inter-personal and communications skills Ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively. Confident in questioning, influencing and challenging Strong team working ethic Driven self starter Confident in facilitating large meetings and workshops Great Stakeholder Management Ability to make reasoned decisions Desired Use case modelling experience Ability to shape BSA activities for projects and carry out impact assessments Able to analyse projects and provide various business options Business/Enterprise Architecture experience Commercial/Market awareness Experience of end to end solution development
