We are inviting applications for following roles for Hyderabad Campus:


  1. Technical Support Associate.
  2. Sr. Technical Support Associate.


Job Location - Tech Mahindra Campus - Bahadurpally - Hyderabad

Transport - Both side transport will be provided as per Tech M BPS Policy.


Educational Qualification - Any Graduate with minimum 6 Months of experience in International Customer Support can apply.

(Kindly Note - You must have experience to prove on papers, you must have experience letter/ relieving letter from previous organisation)

Shift Timings - Night Shifts.

We are hiring for Technical Support Role - International Voice.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • You should respond to customer queries and concerns.
  • Knowledge of Tools used in Troubleshooting will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory | Service Now Tool | Modules is required.
  • Prior experience in SERVICE DESK ROLE will be an advantage.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our international clients.
  • You should be responsible to demonstrate a capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
  • You should be responsible to showcase a proven work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any graduate degree or equivalent with an excellent academic record.
  • Meaningful work experience
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
  • Relevant experience in a customer service role chat/email/voice.
  • Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
  • Analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent proficiency with written English and with a neutral English accent
  • You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift).
  • Good attention to detail.
