Job Description

Over 15+ years experience in Information Technology with 10years of experience in leading Salesforce and CRM who is hands on with Salesforce.

Key skills :

• Salesforce,LWC,Lightning, Salesforce Clouds, Apex/Visualforce, Health cloud and Lightning

Responsibility

• Lead the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation with LWC
• Ensure that projects are on track with active participation from all parties
  Build and manage a new team, ramp up engineers by connecting with key stakeholders, subject matter experts
• Partner with Engineers, Senior Leadership, and Product Management to define long term vision and roadmap for the team. Make critical decisions that attribute to the success of the product and the team
• Work with Product Management, User Experience, and other engineering teams to manage priorities, ensure alignment, and facilitate on-time deliverables
• Working with the entire team in a collaborative environment where all suggestions are welcomed, and all ideas thoughtfully considered
  Coach, and mentor team members ensuring that they understand expectations and meet goals.
• Deep hands-on Technical experience and comfortable with technical deep dives into products architecture, solution catering variety of customers, understanding the fundamentals of analytics and familiarity with Salesforce s technical stack (SOQL, APIs, Custom Objects, APEX, LWC etc)
• Technical experience on MuleSoft is good to have
• Strong communicator who communicates effectively across disciplines and to various levels of the organization.
• Team Builder, experience to identify and develop strong talent. Build effective teams with a culture of curiosity, collaboration, customer empathy and focus on results
• Inspire team to continuously improve the quality of our code, systems and engineering practices
• Self-Motivated, and take initiative and can turn ideas into real features.
• Enjoy discussing use cases user flows with product managers designers and contributing ideas
• Lead and be responsible for the career of team members
