Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Purpose of the Role Enabling digital transformation & process improvement within government system

• Lead the evaluation of tools, technologies & IT systems or applications, and rate those based on functionality or technical specifications
• Document technical requirements, write BRD, conduct UAT
• Define and document all use cases, End to End process flows, and business requirements in a timely manner
• Participate and represent project progress status in various internal and external governance reviews
• Liaison with Government Officials & partner organizations

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications- Bachelors in Computer Engineering, IT, ECE or BSc Computer Science or MCA or Equivalent

Experience: Between 3 to 10 years experience in working with Processes or Tech Systems; experience in automation or digitization of processes, creating or implementing solutions using Open Source Technology in Development or Corporate Sector

Essential Skills-

• Lean Six Sigma understanding, Designing frameworks
• Evaluating software requirements and delivering solutions for complex business problems
• Proficiency in written and oral communication skills in Hindi and English
• Ability to work with cross functional team

Open for travelling as and when required.
