Type of hire- Contract for 1 year ( Extension is dependent upon performance and business requirement)

As a Recruiter you'll be responsible for:

Manage full-cycle recruiting process (from sourcing to on-boarding) for multiple business verticals and meet the staffing objectives.

Develop and implement a search strategy

Should be able to build a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Continuously improve our hiring methodologies by identifying unique and non-traditional sources to find top talent.

Were looking for you if you have:

2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment

Working knowledge of Social media recruiting and should be updated with current market trends.

Strong in sourcing, APAC sourcing would be added advantage

Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask
